EDITOR
Role:

  • Researching the show guests and episode subject matter to develop a rich dialogue.
  • Writing the episode script and setting the tone and narrative.
  • Present the episode subject matter at roundtable discussions.

Skills:

  • You love reading and learning about various topics in the energy sector.
  • You can research and identify the multiple facets of a new field rapidly.
  • You have excellent writing abilities and are able to create engaging and exciting narratives.
  • You have a self-started attitude and are able to work independently.
  • You can collaborate and communicate effectively.

COMMUNICATIONS AND OUTREACH MANAGER
Role:

  • Sourcing, engaging, and booking guest speakers.
  • Organizing roundtable discussions on episode subject matter.
  • Inviting subject matter experts to join roundtable discussions.
  • Developing a marketing communication strategy and implementing it through CU social media accounts and the CU platform.
  • Assisting in podcast concept development like series, sideshows, etc.  
  • Promoting podcast episodes and engage the audience (e.g., through Buffer).


Skills:

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are organized and have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • You are creative and have experience with creating engaging content.
  • Proficiency in digital and social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
  • You have a self-started attitude and are able to work independently.
