  • What?
Two free seats for InnoEnergy students (current Master student or PhD candidate) at the Energy Union Executive Summer course organised by the prestigious College of Europe.
  • What is this course about?

It's a two-week policy-oriented executive training course that embraces the logic of the Energy Union, thus putting energy consumers – i.e. businesses and households – at the centre of European energy systems and policy-making. With this intensive programme, you will gain knowledge and understanding of the EU's energy policy and policy-making, have great networking opportunities with expert and officials in the field, and discover the backstage of "Brussels".

You can check further info here. You can also watch the presentation webinar they did last year and the testimonial of the two InnoEnergy students who attended last year.

  • When & where will this course take place?
From the 2nd until the 13th of July 2018 in Bruges & Brussels, Belgium
  • Who can benefit?
InnoEnergy students from the Master's School or the PhD School.
  • What do you need to do?
You just need to send a 1 minute video pitching your motivation to attend the course and how will you apply the content to your future professional career. Videos need to be sent to: with the subject "Energy Union Course".
  • When is the deadline to participate?
You need to send the video before the 4th of May at midnight CEST.
  • When will the winners be announced?
We will make the announcement by the end of May.
  • What if you get one of the seats?
We will take care of the tuition fees, training materials, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners (week days only), social events, study visits to Brussels and Zeebrugge and accommodation. You will just need to book your travel tickets and get the best of this experience!
