Can Trump be actually good for solar?

Recently, Trump has proposed to pay the Mexican wall by installing solar power on it - something that seems almost unbelievable.

In addition to that, his proposed import taxes on solar (with the Suniva's case) would boost considerably the local solar industry - even if consumers might have to pay slightly higher prices.

There might be a point when he even realizes that solar creates more jobs than coal, and decide to promote the industry.

Then, my provocative questions is: can Trump, the most stubborn, witless climate-denier be actually good for the US solar industry?

What do you think?
