Great news for EVs from China and Norway

Discussion created by Enrico Furnari Partner on 02-Mar-2017

Last months, around 37% of all new personal vehicles sold in Norway were plug-in electric vehicles.

That is pretty remarkable, as in every other country we are under 1%.

As usual, economic incentives have been the biggest driver for the switch to EVs - probably combined with the fact Norwegian can afford higher up-front investments.

From China, a bold move will be taken by the government, that will replace all the taxis with electric cars, in a (desperate?) attempt to reduce the air pollution. There is no timeline - but when China decide to do something, it's usually fast.

The electric mobility transition continues!
