We aim to spark meaningful conversations and build bridges between the next generation of innovators and those shaping the industry today. 

🕓 Duration & Commitment 

  • All roles: 1 academic year + a handover period 

  • Weekly team check-ins 

  • Goal: 5 episodes per year (October–June)

🎙️ Podcast Manager 

Time commitment: 4–6 hrs/week 
You’ll oversee team workflows and drive the podcast’s success by: 

  • Managing deadlines and content planning 

  • Leading vision and direction 

  • Maintaining documentation and workflows 

  • Organizing meetings and feedback loops 

  • Supporting all team members 

You’re a fit if you: 🔧 Are organised | ✨ Bring a can-do attitude | 🤝 Excel at communication and leadership 

 

🎤 Host 

Time commitment: 3–4 hrs/week 
You’ll be the voice of InnoStation, responsible for: 

  • Leading interviews and discussions 

  • Conducting pre-interview calls 

  • Collaborating on script and tone 

  • Reviewing dialogue and final edits 

You’re a fit if you: 🌍 Speak clear English | 🎤 Are enthusiastic and engaging | 💬 Enjoy meaningful conversations 

 

✉️ Outreach Manager 

Time commitment: 3–5 hrs/week 
The bridge between the team and its guests, you'll: 

  • Source and contact speakers 

  • Schedule calls and manage guest logistics 

  • Track outreach and follow-ups 

  • Support tone and narrative development 

You’re a fit if you: 🧠 Are organised | 💬 Communicate professionally | 🤝 Feel confident connecting with new people 

 

🖋️Editor & Promotions (2 positions) 

Time commitment: 4–6 hrs/week 
Craft the final product and spread the word by: 

  • Editing episodes for clarity and quality 

  • Creating social media content and strategy 

  • Writing show notes and episode copy 

  • Designing visuals with Canva 

  • Promoting via Buffer and CU platforms 

  • Supporting branding efforts with the Community Manager 

You’re a fit if you: 🎨 Are creative | 🔊 Have an eye for detail | 📱 Are comfortable with Canva, Buffer, and Descript (or willing to learn)
