Italians, as we know, love coffee. But, how sustainable is it? Is it better from environmental perspective to shift to tea or Orzo?
In this paper, as attached, Tara Trafton Lin Zhang Daniele Serra and myself tried to analyze this very same question, as part of our course work at the Politecnico di Torino. The novelty of this work is that we compare based on one serving as our Functional Unit. And also, we present in a comprehensive way the LCA of Orzo, that we did not find in literature.
