Energy and Entrepreneurship to Innovation Talks - E2I Talks is a public "Talk Event" which has the ambition to gather InnoEnergy Alumni, entrepreneurs and professionals from the sustainable energy sector, around one innovative topic, with an original format specially designed to generate a challenging debate, encourage networking in between attendees and contribute to the promotion of solutions for a more sustainable future.
For the second event in Lisbon, we will have three insightful speakers that will share their stories with the audience, and a debate around the topic "Sustainable Energy Solutions - the City".

Scientist | Engineer | Entrepreneur at PavnextFrancisco has a PhD in Transportation Systems, by the MIT Portugal Program/ the University of Coimbra, where he has developed a new technology to convert vehicles mechanical energy into electrical energy, with the possibility of store it and consume it where and when it is needed. The same solution also promotes road safety in a unique way, contributing to safer, smarter and more sustainable cities. He is an electromechanical engineer, scientist, researcher and entrepreneur. His key areas of research are renewable energy, energy harvesting, energy storage, road safety, vehicle dynamics and motorsports. Currently,y he is co-founder and CEO at Pavnext, a Portuguese startup.

Founder & CEO at Omniflow, S.A.Pedro graduated from Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto in 2004, worked in an SME as director of the development department for the Automotive, Nautical and Energy areas. Expert in Product Development, Robotic and Energy Systems, with several patents in the areas of Energy, Design, Robotics and Medicine. His awards: EDP Richard Branson ( finalist); ANJE ( Honorable Mention); Altran Innovation ; Desafios Porto; EU H2020; Red Herring Europe 100 Winner. Currently, he is founder and CEO at Omniflow. - Ricardo Bernardo
R&D Coordinator at ADENEPh.D. in photovoltaic/thermal solar energy at the University of Lund, Sweden - part of a Marie Curie action in which the first international network of doctorates in solar engineering was established. After his Ph.D. he taught at the university, worked as a consultant in the field of energy in buildings, registered a patent and started a company in the field of solar energy. From 2014 until 2018 he worked with research projects related to energy efficiency in buildings. After 11 years working in Sweden he returned to Portugal in January 2018 to work at ADENE as R&D coordinator.
