To celebrate the 1st birthday of our CommUnity platform and reaching over 1,700 registered members, we proudly announce the launch of the Member of the Month gamification programme starting from 1 October 2017.





How it works

The CommUnity platform awards points based on your contributions. For example, if your post is shared to another group, you are awarded two points. See all the point valueshere. You can check the monthly leaderboard on the platform homepage.


-The member with the most points in the past calendar month will be named the winner. For example, we will start the programme on 1 October and announce the October winner and give them their prize on 1 November.


-We will re-evaluate the programme at the end of 2017 and ask for members' feedback throughout. The goal of the programme is to recognize contributors while increasing platform engagement. 



-At the end of the month, the winner will be featured on the platform homepage for the upcoming month and announced in a Facebook post on the CommUnity by InnoEnergy account and in the platform newsletter.


-Accredible Certificate "Member of the Month" in the CommUnity by InnoEnergy, which can be added to your LinkedIn profile.


-Paperback or e-Book of your choice on entrepreneurship/innovation/sustainable energy to be ordered from Amazon and sent directly to the winner. If you want to be surprised, we will pick a title for you.



-If the monthly winner is the same person for two months in a row, or more often than 1 time every 3 months, the member with the second most points in that period will be named the winner.


-InnoEnergy staff who participate in the platform for their everyday work are not eligible for winning and normally are removed from the leaderboards to avoid any distraction. Staff who participate in the platform beyond the call of their everyday role remain eligible.
