We like to share our achievements and successful events with the rest of the CommUnity in other locations who could not attend. Thus, photography during the event is important.
The CommUnity is full of budding photographers, and there will most likely be available and willing representatives who are also photographers in your location that can take great photos of your event.
In the case of Speaker Series events and others that may appeal to many people to watch online, it is a good idea to video record the event. If possible, a live video stream option can be made available. In this case, chat to Rob about linking the video to the platform. If a live feed is not an option, recording the video to make available after the event is also a good idea. Make sure that in this case, you are adhering to branding and visual guidelines.
Please use the following intro and outro video clips when creating a CommUnity video
The CommUnity collects and shares event pictures through a common Flickr account.
