Finding a venue for your event is often the most difficult part. Venues can be expensive and difficult to get hold of, especially if your event will have many attendees. Venues need to have seating, bathroom facilities and of course presentation facilities including a projector and lectern. If the event is being recorded, the venue needs to be acoustically suitable and you may need microphones for the main speakers.



Often, large lecture rooms can provide a good option for your event. If this is not possible, cafes and venue spaces near to the InnoEnergy offices or campus are preferable, for ease of access for attendees.


We have been gathering information from successful CommUnity activities in order to provide catering and venue options for each Location. This data base can be found as a google sheet in this document.
