Considering a leadership role in the CommUnity? Fantastic!

As the name suggests, the CommUnity is all about team work. Only through working together and expanding our network can we achieve great changes in the energy sphere. The CommUnity fosters bottom-up management - as a CommUnity Manager, you are a facilitator to your ideas and actions with a team of enthusiasts. You can lead a local CommUnity to flourish into a strong local network or you can lead a CommUnity a program. New ideas are also encouraged through the CommUnity innovation. Take a look what best suits your passion. 


Local CommUnity Manager

The local CommUnity Manager is facilitating a local CommUnity, either taking over an existing one, or starting a new one from scratch. He builds and manages a team to organize local events with respect to the CommUnity rules so that the local CommUnity flourishes and a strong professional network of energy enthusiasts is cultivated.

Secondly, local CommUnity Managers take over more responsibility by leading the local team. They establish a close connection to the CommUnity Office.

The CommUnity Manager is the focal point of the local CommUnity and therefore needs a good understanding of what a local CommUnity is.

Build your team

Building a local CommUnity, or a CommUnity program, requires team work. Therefore, from the CommUnity Office we highly encourage you to build your team right from the start. 

A good team is able to perform all necessary functions with joy and passion. In the case of local CommUnities, these functions include treasury, event management, social media and not to mention plenty of volunteers to help out with the ground-work.

Become a local CommUnity Manager

Anybody is eligible to become the local Community Manager through the application procedure.

CommUnity Program Manager

CommUnity programs are already lead by a CommUnity manager. You can join an existing team and contribute as a representative. Commitment is rewarded within the CommUnity and soon you will notice that you take over more and more responsibility within the team.
