First off - please check if the issue you are experiencing is related to the CommUnity Rules. There you can find information on finances, sponsorship, communication, media and branding, as well as the platform do's and dont's. 


If the Rules do not help with your issue, try talking to your Local CommUnity Manager. They are the first contact point for any issues you may have as a Representative or even just as a regular member. You can find some useful contacts in the tables below.


If the issue you are dealing with is more of a need, utilize your CommUnity! The CommUnity is a vast, integrated network consisting of sustainable energy enthusiasts coming from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and countries and undoubtedly they have all sorts of skills. It is almost always the case that someone you know knows someone who can help with whatever issue you may have! The CommUnity provides a fail-safe place for you to practice your networking skills - so when an issue arises, don't hesitate to talk to your local team about it.
